N72 Lacknamona, Ballygriffin and Templenoe Pavement Strengthening Schemes.

The scheme comprised of 3 number circa 2km lengths of online pavement strengthening works on the existing N72 at three separate location sbetwen Mallow and Fermoy.

The scheme involved the following development on the site:

• Pavement strengthening including alterations and localised widening of existing
• Carriageways, access aprons, footpaths, kerbing etc.
• Excavation of the existing road in places.

• Excavation of land adjacent to the existing road for percolation areas.
• Drainage works.
• Diversion and protection of assets of authorities, utilities and service providers.
• Erection of signage and the application of road markings.
• Traffic Management.

• Landscape, environmental and mitigation works.
