N21 Cullinagh to Killarney Upgrade

Project Details
Works involved the upgrading of a 1,835m section of the N21 National Primary Road. The contract included planing, regulating and applying binder coarse on existing surface and side junctions to achieve tolerances appropriate for the application of hot rolled asphalt. Traffic management was crucial to ensure the least possible disruption throughout construction, this included traffic calming, road lining, signage and studs, drainage, safety barriers, public lighting etc.
