Construction Two Level Crossings for Irish Rail in Emily and Grange

The Contract involved the resurfacing, painting, signage and lighting of two Level Crossings – Grange and Emily in County Limerick. Pedestrian crossing barriers were also constructed and erected. The project was carried out in conjunction with Iarnród Eireann (Irish Rail), and the project involved constant liaison with the Client.

Scope of works included;

  • Surfacing – Hot Rolled Asphalt and Dense Bituminous Macadam Base course
  • Supply and Erection of Signage for each level crossing
  • Installation of 100mm wide, 200mm wide and 300mm wide raodmarkings
  • Pedestrian Crossing
  • Traffic Management
  • Road Opening License
